BizpeedThese terms apply when you use Bizpeed, on the website or in the app. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and use Bizpeed for business or professional purposes.
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person may hold one personal account, and may manage pages for the businesses they represent.
2. Your content
You own what you post. You give Bizpeed a licence to store, display and distribute it as needed to run the service, for example showing your listing to other members. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, including photos and documents.
3. Marketplace, quotations and orders
- Bizpeed connects buyers, sellers and couriers. Unless stated otherwise, the contract for goods or delivery is between those members, not with Bizpeed.
- Sellers must describe listings honestly and honour accepted quotations. Buyers must pay for what they order. Couriers must deliver as agreed.
- Credits, holds, fees and refunds work as shown in the app at the time of the transaction. Payments are processed by PayPal under its own terms.
4. Sponsored posts
Members may pay to promote posts. Sponsored posts are labelled, must follow these terms, and may be declined or removed at our discretion. Unused budget is refunded as described in the app.
5. What you may not do
- Post anything unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing someone else's rights.
- Sell prohibited goods or run scams, spam or pyramid schemes.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or other members' accounts.
- Impersonate another person or business.
We may remove content, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
6. Availability and liability
Bizpeed is provided as is. We work to keep it available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, Bizpeed is not liable for losses arising from transactions between members, from content posted by members, or from interruptions to the service.
7. Ending your account
You can stop using Bizpeed at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@bizpeed.com. Completed order and payment records may be kept as the law requires.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always at this address with the date above. Continuing to use Bizpeed after a change means you accept the new terms.
